What an incredible birthday weekend. It’s very warming to know that I have many people who care about the relationships we have

37th Birthday on the Bay!
and are grateful for the day I was born into this world. Seems odd when I think about it, family and friends celebrating the day I was born. Everyone just wants to wish me happiness, peace, joy, gifts and cake.
To be honest, I’m really not sure if I’ve ever really thought about how priceless birthdays are. I know I’ve taken them for granted. This birthday felt different for some reason. I reflected on life as I do every year and I look forward to growth and positive life experiences with friends, family and new people who enter my life. This time, I reflected on life a little bit differently. I thought about it from the perspective of having lived half of my life (according to the average life span). To me…that says I have so much more work to do. There are so many more wonderful people I must meet, differences I must make, and love to share.
British made sure we did exactly what I wanted for my 37th birthday. It was so peaceful with just enough activity amongst close friends and family with a lot of food. I am very grateful and I sincerely appreciate birthdays much more than I ever have.
Shelby:-)
